Information Pages

An MRI version of Wikipedia, which consists of 1) standard html pages purveying ideas, data, etc., 2) discussion pages associated with each information purveying page, and 3) links between pages. This page is the starting page. Users/authors can create new pages by first creating a link to a new page using the format "double start bracket ([)" new page name "double close bracket (])" and then entering content into the blank new page, which should appear automatically.
