Hydrosys UCD Minutes @ July 2nd 08

• Planning outlook for the next three months.
  • Slides from the kickoff are available in the workspace (http://www.studierstube.org/hydrosys/workspace)
  • Templates are also in the workspace under Giulio Jacucci/WP2

• 1st Month-> fix User profiles:

• • find out who our users are. Templates are available to specify information
  • about users. [FINISH BY THE END OF THE MONTH]

• 2nd + 3rd Months

• • Interview users, to get material about the tools they currently use.
  • Idea generation with users. Try to start it within the first three months.
  • Prepare application mock-ups

• Guidelines

• user profiles: propose at least 2 or 3 and set some priority
• interviews: how many interviews do we need?

• Templates

• templates can be used as guideline. But they can be changed to reflect more information.

• Silvia has contact with users in Valais.

• Outi met with activists, land owners and different types of users. Already getting information from the users together with Luode Consulting. Users are flood oriented, there is little awareness about water quality

• Giulio will prepare new documents for interviewing.

• Workspace problems - still problems in upload limit for files (Eduardo->FIX)
